From time to time, we will be modifying our policies, with or without prior notice. For you to not miss anything, do check back on this page. Failure to obey our policies may lead to termination of account, with or without prior notice, may it be a free or paid account.

PAYMENT METHODS

DOLLYHOST is accepting, for the time being, PayPal, Globe GCASH (applicable to Filipino clients only), and Western Union (applicable to Filipino clients only) payments. For other suggestions regarding the payment method, please send an email to hosting@dollified.us.

If you are paying via GCASH or via Western Union, our rates are based 0n PHP50=$1.

AFTER ORDERING

After ordering, please allow us to process your account for 24 to 72 hours. If we fail to give to a reply within the said time frame, please send your order form again.

REFUNDS

We won’t be able to give you your refunds in any circumstances.

FREE HOSTING

DOLLYHOST offers Free hosting with a huge space of 60GB, so for those of you who doesn’t have enough money to buy a hosting plan, you can still be hosted here for free.

RENEWAL

For free hosting account holders, one will be emailed 1 week before his account expires. He may decide to continue his free hosting with us, or he may choose the option to move to another host. As for paid account holders, clients will be emailed also 1 week before his account expires. Client can choose to renew his account, or let it expire and transfer to a new host.

SUSPENSION

Once caught disobeying our policies, your account may be suspended for 14 days. Account will be reactivated after the said time frame ONLY IF the client contacts us. If not, account will remain suspended until the client contacts us personally.

TERMINATION

Once account is suspended and client doesn’t contact us within 30 days, account will be completely terminated without prior notice.

REACTIVATION OF TERMINATED ACCOUNT

An account can be reactivated after termination. The client has to pay us reactivation fee of $2 before we can reactive his account. This rule is applicable to both free and paid account holders.

NAMESERVERS

Current nameservers are ns1.godlovesus.0rg.ph and ns1.godlovesus.0rg.ph.

BACKUPS

Clients are the ones responsible for any loss in their sites. It is not the responsibility of DOLLYHOST to remind their clients to back up their sites.

DOMAINS

Only our paid plans come with a free TLD domain. To apply for free hosting, one must have their own domain. We will register the domain, so that means the domain will be under our name. If the client wishes to transfer the domain to another host, he/she still has to pay us an additional $2 for us to change the nameservers. If you want us to register a domain for you, please go here for more reference.

LINK BACK

Whether you’re under our paid or free hosting, thou must credit back to hosting.dollified.us for hosting your site. Accounts caught not linking back to our site will not be given any warnings anymore; thus, their accounts will automatically be terminated. Respect is a must here, and at least say thanks.

UPDATING ONE’S SITE

Account owners must update his/her site. Site abandoned within 1 month will be suspended without prior notice.

* File Hosting Sites (not applicable for VPS and Dedicated)
* File Hosting / Backup hosting (not applicable for VPS and Dedicated)
* Proxy Sites / IRC
* Any form of warez hosting or linking
* Virus / Malware / Spyware
* Adult Sites, Illegal / Child Pornography
* Torrentflux or similar
* Rapidshare link generator, Rapidleech or similar
* PHPizabi and YaBB Forums or any forums using flat file as database
* Outdated scripts or software
* Awstats
* Any script that causes harm to the server such as but not limited to some wordpress plugins
* Scripts using more than 20% of server resources (not applicable for VPS and Dedicated)
